Subprocessors

Build.io uses certain third-party subprocessors to assist in providing our services. This page lists the subprocessors we currently use.

What is a Subprocessor?

A subprocessor is a third-party data processor engaged by Build.io who has or potentially will have access to or process customer data.

Current Subprocessors

The following subprocessors currently process customer data:

• Infrastructure Providers - Cloud infrastructure and hosting services
• Monitoring and Analytics - Performance monitoring and error tracking
• Communication Services - Email delivery and customer communication
• Payment Processors - Payment processing and billing services

Subprocessor Updates

We will provide notice of new subprocessors before they process customer data. Customers may object to the use of a new subprocessor by contacting us at privacy@build.io.

Data Processing Agreements

All subprocessors are required to enter into data processing agreements with Build.io that require them to protect customer data consistent with our obligations.
